What shapes your price

A platform fee, plus a per-employee rate
A per-country platform fee and a per-employee rate that tapers as you grow — larger workforces pay less per head, never more. The per-employee rate is charged once across your combined in-scope headcount.
Where you're obligated
Obligation follows the workforce. One tapered platform fee across the member states you're required to report in; countries below the local threshold cost nothing.
Your reporting cycle
Annual, biennial or triennial — your country sets it. Report every two or three years instead of annually and you pay a standing discount. You're billed annually either way, never a per-seat fee.
A worked example
A 500-person employer, reporting in one country.
The whole obligation, end to end — establishing work of equal value, filing the statutory report to the national format, and running the joint pay assessment where the gap is too wide. It's an annual subscription, not a one-off report — you stay ready year-round. Your exact figure depends on your headcount and the countries you report in, and the app rates it live.
Employing across several countries? A single tapered platform fee across them, and the per-employee rate charged once on your combined in-scope headcount — so you reach the cheaper bands. You never pay more than the countries would cost separately, and usually much less.
